Navratri festival is a festival of sadhana and devotion. There are four Navratri in a year, ie 36 nights. 1. Fast:

 Fasting and fasting are important in Navratri. Through fasting, complete internal cleansing of the organs and organs takes place. During these nine days, food, alcohol, eating meat and femininity are considered taboo. Meditation can only be done by fasting. All kinds of sadhana and desires performed during these nine days are fulfilled while fasting.

2. Sadhana during the night ::

  The word Navratri means 'nine ahoratras', which means special night. Many obstacles in nature end this night. If the sound is louder at night than during the day, it goes much further. That is why achievement and meditation are done on these nights. Sadhus performed on these nights are auspicious and effective.

3. Choosing Goddess for Sadhana:

 If you are practicing any kind of meditation in Navratri, first you have to choose the cure goddess. Goddesses include Ambika, Sati, Parvati, Uma, Kali and Tent. Goddesses are worshiped only during Navratri. The person who is an elf, yakini, apsara etc. has nothing to do with this Navratri.

4. Two types of sadhana:

 Although there are many types of Sadhana in Navratri, there are two types of Sadhana. The first is southpaw and the second is vampathy sadhana. There are common Dakshinapathi practices including Gayatri and Yoga. Shaiva, Nath and Shakti sect refer to the Vamamargi ie Tantric practices. To carry out any kind of sadhana requires proper knowledge and master. The aforesaid southpantic sadhana is called the practice of divine sadhana and various types of vampantha tantrik sadhana are the asuri sadhana. Thus, there are two types of sadhana called para and apara.

5. Navadurga Sadhana:

 This is the true sadhana of Mata Durga which is performed in Navratri. Navadurga's name is below - 1.Shailaputri, 1. Brahmacharini, 1. Chandraghanta, 1. Kushmanda, 1. Skandamata, 1. Katayani's, 1. Kalaratri, 1. Mahagouri and 9 .. Siddhidatri. The rituals and devotions of the so-called goddesses are usually performed by Yajna, Havan, etc.

6. Dasha Mahavidya Sadhana:

  There are also tantric practices, which are performed in Navratri. Tantric practices include the Dashamsha practices: 1. Kali, 1. Tara, 1. Tripusundari, Goddesses such as Bhubaneswar, 1. During these nine days one should observe fasting and restraint while chanting the mantra of the mother. On the days of Saptami, Eighth and Ninth, he should worship the virgin bride and then have a meal. Havan should be performed by consecrating rituals and rituals on the last day.

9. Caution made in pursuit:

 If you pledge meditation for 9 days, it cannot be broken in between. Keep purity and holiness in mind and thoughts. Don't use deception, fraud, or profanity. Follow celibacy, do not associate with the wrong people. Any mistake in the sadhana can anger the mother. If you get sick during this time, or you have to travel somewhere or have some kind of crisis at home, it is possible to break the fast or stop meditating during this time, but do so only by asking a knowledgeable person.
